What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is the practice of transmitting healing energy; a technique used for stress reduction, relaxation, and for realizing a general sense of well-being. Each session is an opportunity to reconnect mentally, physically and emotionally; while clearing unwanted stresses and preventing ailments before they occur. Reiki is effective on anything created from life force energy, including animals. It is a common practice to administer Reiki healing to pets.
